TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. License for Personal Use Only
All STL files are provided under a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. This means:
- You may use the files to 3D print items strictly for personal use.
- You may not use the files for any commercial purpose.
- You may not modify, resell, or distribute the STL files in any form.
2. Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Redistributing or sharing STL files in any form, whether digitally or physically, including but not limited to uploading to file-sharing platforms, social media, or resale marketplaces.
- Selling, gifting, or sharing physical cookie cutters or other objects made from these STL files, whether online, in-person, or at events.
- Altering and re-uploading modified versions of the STL files for public or private access.
Any such unauthorized use constitutes a violation of this agreement and may be subject to legal action.
3. No Technical Support Provided
Due to the wide range of 3D printers, materials, slicer software, and print environments, the Seller does not provide technical support or advice on:
- Printer settings
- Material selection
- Slicing profiles
- Printer troubleshooting
The Buyer is responsible for understanding their own equipment and determining the appropriate print settings for successful printing. Printer performance can vary significantly based on machine condition, calibration, and environmental factors.
4. No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the digital nature of the product, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be offered once a file has been downloaded.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All STL files and their design content remain the intellectual property of Jameson Custom Creations, LLC. Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership or copyright to the Buyer.
